How can i get a email application so i can send email i need a smtp outgoing server?

i thought i had outlook express but cannoy find now in com somehow it was removed i have xp windows

1.upgrade your yahoo acount then ucan get SMTP server access


2.Buy some space form any hosting company it includes out going SMTP server


3.Or set up your own Mail server.
Reply:download it and install it again, use windows update, or just a download from microsoft.com downloads internet explorer
Reply:go to getfirefox.com and download firefox suite .. thunderbird is sort of like outlook.. but.. maybe tiny bit more advance.. although i'm not sure how outlook express can get removed..
