You should be able to find out the incoming mail server (POP) and outgoing mail server (SMTP) information through your mail hosting service (sometimes the same as your ISP or Internet Service Provider, depending on which email account you use), you should be able to find this through their help documentation.





Many companies will also provide instructions on how to configure specific mail clients such as for Outlook.
