How to download email from SMTP server (Exchange 2003) to POP3 account?

I have an email account on an SMTP server using Exchange 2003 and Microsoft Management Console 3.0. I want to download all the e-mail from the account into a POP3 account. I have the mail address of the SMTP server and my username and password, but I can't get the e-mail to download. Any suggestions??

SMTP and POP3 are mail transfer protocols, not account types.





I realize that doesn't help much... So I guess I could suggest that you forward the email from one account to the other. Or, if they might be willing, ask your mail administrator to enable POP3 on your Exchange account.
