Yes, if your friend using Exchange server..he/she can track/read your email. I am not sure about other server though such Sendmail etc.
Reply:It depends on the SMTP server program she is using, but most likely she could if she wanted to. Most SMTP servers will allow you to archive all messages that go in or out of the server. The messages would then be text files in a folder on her server which she could peruse at her convienence.
