u have set up your smtp to use outgoing authentication..is this required for your email server?..if not do the following
go to tools%26gt;accounts%26gt;mail tab%26gt;properties%26gt;server tab%26gt;uncheck where it says that your outgoing email server requires authentication.
And if your email server does required authentication make sure that the password is correct that you are typing.
Outbound email: A message continues to appear asking for my Network Password for the 'smtp' server.?
if you are properly configured, this should be the password for your email account.
