I was advised that the SMTP server should always be the ISP server, whereas the POP3 is the email provider's server. Is this true? Please help me out.
What should my SMTP server be if I have earthlink email but I use verizon broadband?

Reply:That's correct. Best bet for you is to contact your ISP
