Yahoo email id incoming mail http server %26amp; outgoing mail smtp server?
Y! Mail doesn't support HTTPMail (aka WebDAV), the "HTTP" option in Outlook %26amp; Outlook Express. It only supports straight POP3/SMTP; the only official way to get that is to upgrade to paid Y! Mail, such as Mail Plus (http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com ).
There are also two free programs that can give you POP3 access to Y! Mail by "screen-scraping" its HTML interface and converting it to POP3:
--YPOPs! (http://www.ypopsemail.com ) is for Y! Mail only; it has both POP3 and SMTP interfaces.
--FreePOPs (http://www.freepops.org/en ), which I use, offers POP3-only interfaces to many freemailers, including Y! Mail and Hotmail; use your ISP's SMTP server as outgoing.
